Terms and conditions
for bathroom packages
1. Package price(s) are subject to final survey by Swish Developments Ltd,
2. Room dimensions must not exceed average bathroom size of 2m x 2m, any rooms larger than this will be subject to being quoted separately.
3. Changes to the package can be requested and the price will not alter provided any changes made fit the package budget, anything outside of the budget is chargeable.
4. All package and quotations included removal and clearance of existing bathroom and all waste.
5. Any un-forseen work outside of the package details, or if your walls need patching up or re-boarding, will be chargeable as extra work.
6. Any additionally requested work or items that don't fit the package description, or budget, are chargeable.
